When The Honest Company, the groundbreaking clean consumer product goods (CPG) and lifestyle brand, was looking to change minds and the marketplace, I was there to develop and drive differentiation and innovation through brand, creative and product strategy. I worked closely in collaboration with Jessica Alba, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, the design team and leadership to plan and produce campaigns, content, seasonal designs, product launches and marketing partnerships across a full range of categories.
 
Our work led to unprecedented growth, from a startup to a $1B unicorn valuation to going public on the New York Stock Exchange with an IPO valuation of over $2B. Building a business is one thing, but blazing a trail for an entire generation of people to expect safe, effective products for what matters most -- themselves, their families, their homes and our Earth -- is everything.
